Flexlyf provides professional business support including certification, licensing, testing, inspection, insurance facilitation, and trade consultancy. We act as a facilitator and consultant.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

The Client acknowledges that certifications, licenses, and test reports are issued by third-party authorities (e.g., DGFT, BIS, Labs). Flexlyf cannot guarantee the outcome of any regulatory or third-party application.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Submit genuine and legally valid documents.
• Promptly respond to information requests and cooperate during audits or inspections.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees are based on agreed proposals. Professional fees for documentation, consultancy, and project management are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client data (technical drawings, product specifications, business strategies) as strictly confidential and use it solely for service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flexlyf shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or regulatory penalties imposed on the client. Our total liability is capped at the professional fees paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
